How Long will my order take to arrive?
- Our pieces are made to order so we always say to allow 5-10 business days for delivery in most cases.

What countries do you ship to?
- We can ship to most countries. If you have a question about a specific country please contact us.
Can you Ship to US Services locations?
- Yes - absolutely!
Is Shipping Free?
- We at Iron Tribe Designs guarantee the lowest possible shipping costs on every order, no matter where in the world you are. We feel strongly that we should not profit from shipping.
- Where there is a shipping cost we only charge what the carrier charges us
- Occasionally we get an unusual shipping request which may incur an additional cost, but we will let you know that before you place your order.
🔁 Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply.
- If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address
- Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)
- For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom-made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefor there is no item to be exchanged.
